📋 Description

• Execute labeling processes for Print On Demand labels for FSD products • Develop and implement efficient labeling solutions meeting quality and regulatory requirements • Provide technical expertise in labeling design, process optimization, and problem-solving • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and technical documentation • Validate labeling processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and GMP requirements • Support continuous improvement initiatives and develop labeling solutions • Work with advanced labeling technology and equipment • Handle Ops requests and support team members • Collaborate with IT, Labeling and Packaging SMEs, Project and Product Managers, and Quality/Regulatory teams • Support production needs and NPI deliverables across FSD, including occasional work in production environments and travel

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in packaging/labeling engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries, or relevant work experience directly tied to label designing and updating in the above mentioned fields • Preferred Fields of Study: Packaging Engineering, Label Design or related technical field • Strong knowledge of label design and redline updates, database updates, Zebra printers, and packaging materials and equipment • Knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory compliance standards • Experience with labeling validation and documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ) • Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle various Ops requests • Experience with PPI, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen process improvement methodologies • Proficiency in Loftware Cloud or CodeSoft and relevant design software • Experience with Microsoft SQL Database for label updates and changes • Experience with .nibl (Nice) and .ser (Loftware Spectrum) label formats is an added bonus • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT, Labeling and Packaging SMEs, Project and Product Managers, and Quality/Regulatory teams • Basic to intermediate English language proficiency, verbal and written • May require occasional travel and work in GMP production environments to support production needs or NPI deliverables
