• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials • Ensure timely and efficient distribution of trial materials • Maintain optimal inventory levels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful clinical studies • Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects • Coordinate internal team efforts, provide recommendations and identify risks • Update project reports and spreadsheets • Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support logistics strategy and GxP compliance • Participate in training on new regulations • Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects and initiatives • Mentor and guide junior team members • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Maintain existing tools and identify improvement opportunities • Participate in bidding and/or bid defense opportunities and address client supply-chain requests, questions and concerns
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Associate Project Manager: 2+ years of comparable experience • Project Manager: 5+ years of comparable experience • Sr. Project Manager: 8+ years of comparable experience • Previous global clinical supplies project management experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment • Previous CRO experience in a global clinical supplies role • Strong English and communication skills, written and verbal • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision-making skills • Effective leadership and team building skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Strong customer focus and attention to detail • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little guidance • Good understanding of clinical supply operations • Solid client building and third-party relationship management • Ability to provide high-quality customer service • Occasional domestic and international travel • Ability to access and use in-house and off-the-shelf computer software • Regular and consistent attendance
