📋 Description

• Review customer information from RFPs and contract modification requests for budget preparation • Lead cross-functional calls to discuss customer requirements and define proposal or contract modification strategies • Drive simultaneous clinical trial proposals and contract modifications under tight deadlines • Manage multiple budget proposals and contract modifications with international cross-functional teams across time zones • Manage proposal bids and budget negotiations • Analyze client requirements and internal data to determine resource and budget allocations • Prepare and enter budgets into the bidding system accurately and on time • Finalize client-facing documents after internal approvals and perform quality-control edits • Ensure proposals and contract modifications reflect strategy, customer needs, consistent messaging, value propositions, and critical success factors • Develop and maintain positive client relationships through negotiations and secure timely client agreement and contract execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Preferred fields of study: Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field • No prior experience required • Effective time management to handle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results • Strong written and oral communication skills in English • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, make decisions, and take ownership of projects • Strong organizational, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and adaptability skills • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Advanced Excel formulas used daily • Ability to handle critical information and make sound recommendations • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Proven understanding of financial budgeting principles
