📋 Description

• Manage a team of inside sales professionals selling clinical laboratory products. • Drive commercial accountability within the team across metrics and marketing initiatives. • Ensure effective customer relationships and develop growth opportunities • Complete account planning, forecasting, and analyzing reports. • Deliver performance evaluations; hold the team accountable for performance metrics. • Maintain effective customer relationships within assigned territory and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Research competitor activities and incorporate insights into business plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the clinical laboratory industry • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the sciences or equivalent work experience. • Prior Supervisor/Management experience preferred • Experience with Salesforce.com • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills • Proven record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results • Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet; Excel must demonstrate intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Must deliver excellent customer service • Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
