📋 Description

• Lead delivery of electronic information to the laboratory database under close supervision • Review database import requests for accuracy and consistency • Provide accurate status information for pending and completed database imports • Implement quality control review procedures to ensure accurate data imports • Participate in internal/self-audits of database content • Support ongoing quality assurance and quality control procedures • Perform corrective and preventative action activities • Perform special project activities as required to support quality assurance and quality event outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Technical positions may require a certificate • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to at least 4 years • Equivalency may consist of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience • Experience with Microsoft Excel and web-based applications is preferred • Knowledge of regulated industry/environment is preferred • Evidenced administrative competence and relevant data services skills • Attention to detail • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people • Ability to work upright and stationary for typical working hours • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology proficiently • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities • May require travel
