📋 Description

• Provides oversight, coaching and mentoring of less experienced project team members to support their professional development • Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations • Develops and owns the study recruitment and retention plan, implements patient recruitment and retention strategies globally • Coordinates the quality and performance of third-party providers and addresses issues. • Collaborates with the Patient Population Science team to ensure that the Diversity Plan is reflected within the greater Study Recruitment and Retention Plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous patient recruitment management experience, including creation and management of global trial strategies, that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years) • Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to meet business objectives • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
