📋 Description

• Lead a team to optimize sales processes, enhance productivity, and support revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives • Partner with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, manage sales compensation programs, and ensure successful execution of commercial strategies • Contribute to commercial excellence and operational efficiency across our organization • Help enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related business functions • Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel) • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in sales compensation, quota management, and incentive programs • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership • Experience working effectively in a matrix organization • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights • Strong business partnering skills and customer-centric mindset • Travel up to 20% as needed • Experience with territory alignment and sales planning processes • Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports and analytics to drive business decisions
