• Support the users of our SalesForce.com system • Provide guidance on usage and policies of the system • Define and document business specifications, application functionality, and workflow requirements • Conduct business testing • Provide business user support of CRM system • Create & Maintain operational dashboards, data reports, and analysis • Train small groups via web • Document data and system improvements or change requests • Perform testing on issues and improvements
• 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ & Power BI strongly preferred • Experience with eliciting information from users supporting SalesForce.com • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited higher learning institution preferred • Equivalent experience and proficiency accepted in lieu of Associates/Bachelor's degree • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
