📋 Description

• Connect sales, customers, and internal departments to coordinate sales processes from quote to delivery • Manage product and customer data • Optimize sales operations processes • Support commercial teams and enhance customer experience • Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce.com and ERP platforms • Handle pricing updates • Coordinate cross-functional activities to enable seamless order fulfillment • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Prepare and deliver business reviews and presentations • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; no prior experience required • Sales operations, customer service, or related business operations experience preferred • Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field preferred • Additional relevant certifications in project management or process improvement beneficial • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis • Expertise with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com, and ERP platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail • Project management and process improvement skills • Clear written and verbal communication abilities • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks • Customer service orientation with focus on quality • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean, preferred • Experience with data management and maintaining system accuracy • Capability to handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations • Proficiency in building and maintaining customer/product databases • Ability to prepare and deliver business reviews and presentations • Understanding of pricing structures and contract management
