📋 Description

• Serve as a technical expert in downstream process development • Provide comprehensive support across technology platforms • Build relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal partners • Deliver technical training • Optimize applications • Troubleshoot complex issues • Demonstrate technologies through presentations • Support customers' research and development goals and solution adoption from lab to manufacturing-scale bioproduction • Support colleagues and lead strategic projects • Provide customer feedback to R&D teams to contribute to product development • Support technical advancement and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience with relevant chromatography / bioprocessing techniques • Preferred fields of study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Engineering, or related scientific field • Technical knowledge in protein purification, chromatography, process development, or related fields • Experience in customer-facing technical support and training • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences • Problem-solving abilities and analytical troubleshooting expertise • Project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Presentation and technical writing capabilities • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial • Ability to travel up to ~50% within assigned territory • Valid driver's license and passport for international travel where required • Experience with downstream method development and optimization • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems (GMP, GLP) preferred
