📋 Description

• Develop requirements traceability for specific customers and companywide initiatives • Integrate requirements traceability across multiple programs, primarily linked to software development, Jira, testing, and related tools and processes • Work with the software development team • Support customer requirements documentation and requirements traceability • Identify and track program risks • Facilitate design, development, and integration of technologies in systems fielded to warfighters • Integrate requirements traceability with Jira-based software development processes • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and software developers • Document requirements according to customer-driven priorities • Support development collaboration and process improvements needed to achieve CMMI certification

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering • 5 years of experience in related work • Subject-matter expertise in Jama • Demonstrated systems engineering experience on multiple integration programs • Ability to manage time and develop systems engineering products across multiple programs simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving skills for complex requirements traceability tracking • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Experience with systems engineering processes and related systems engineering product development • Secret security clearance required • US citizenship required • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening required as a condition of hire • Preferred: MS in Systems Engineering • Preferred: Familiarity with the TAK ecosystem • Preferred: Familiarity with MDMs • Preferred: Familiarity with the military acquisition system • Preferred: Military experience • Preferred: INCOSE CSEP Certification • Preferred: CMMI processes, associated tools, and certification
