📋 Description
• Own the creative strategy across all paid channels — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and others • Write briefs providing clear targets for editors and creators • Build and run a structured testing framework across hooks, formats, offers, and angles • Oversee production of performance content including VSLs, social ads, and testimonials • Own creative expression from ad to landing page, including copy and design concepts • Build and manage a team of editors, writers, and creators, ensuring clear direction and high quality • Use AI to enhance creative processes without losing creative judgment
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social with a track record of building winning creative at scale • Hands-on experience in ad accounts or closely collaborating with media buyers • Ability to think in hooks and analyze performance metrics (thumbstop rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) • Experience managing or leading a creative function with measurable results • A reel or portfolio demonstrating creative volume and results • Supplement or health/wellness experience is a strong differentiator
