📋 Description

• Review contracts, releases, talent agreements, and related documents for rights and usage information • Conduct rights reviews of physical archive materials and electronic records • Identify, document, and archive rights, restrictions, and usage limitations • Ensure rights information is complete and accurately captured for each program • Communicate rights information and restrictions to relevant stakeholders • Maintain organized records to support reporting, audits, and future reference • Collaborate with Clearance Coordinator and project teams to ensure accurate rights documentation • Provide additional project support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with production deliverables • Familiarity with production releases and related documentation • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to analyze rights-related documentation and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
