This role requires a deep understanding of the business drivers in financial services, along with a strong command of technology solution selling—particularly in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation. • The ideal candidate brings a consultative selling approach and a track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Capital Markets sector • Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions (cloud, data center, managed services, or security) • Strong understanding of financial services technology challenges including latency, regulatory compliance, and high availability infrastructure • Comfortable working with technical and business leaders; ability to translate between the two • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills • Self-starter mindset with high accountability and strong team collaboration skills • Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree preferred
