📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform • Lead project teams deploying ServiceNow solutions • Lead complex programs involving multiple resources • Lead architecture and design of complex solutions • Create written deliverables • Lead client demos, working sessions, integration design sessions, and client workshops • Serve as an escalation point for the project team • Influence internal teams, external customers, and senior management to adopt new concepts and approaches • Obtain and maintain certifications, including expert-level certifications • Identify and communicate opportunities • Participate in the pre-sales cycle as a technical expert • Provide thought leadership to AHEAD and its customers • Communicate with external customers on matters requiring explanation, interpretation, or advising • Generate marketing thought leadership • Craft innovative solutions for complex client programs • Drive consensus with customers on complex solutions • Mentor team members and ensure development efforts are documented and delivered with quality • Drive scoping, planning, and methodology for critical projects • Contribute to future concepts, products, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expert on a ServiceNow platform; ITOM preferred • Expert knowledge of at least two ServiceNow process areas • Expert-level ServiceNow development skills • Recognized expertise within the organization • Deep expertise across multiple technologies • Ability to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches • Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools • Strong presentation, communication, project-awareness, and situational-awareness skills • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter • Ability to travel at least 25% • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and qualifications
