📋 Description

• Assess opportunities associated with new or expanded lines of business • Report regularly to company leadership on strategic insights derived from industry data • Train and manage junior data analysts • Build and/or consult on internal dashboards related to company platforms • Develop and monitor data quality metrics across platforms • Lead efforts to enhance the quality of data collected across platforms • Identify areas of opportunity and/or risk • Derive strategic insights from data • Develop quantitative evidence to guide strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a quantitative subject matter area (economics, mathematics, data science, etc.) • At least seven years of experience in business analytics • Experience working with healthcare-related or pharmaceutical datasets (claims data, pharmaceutical sales and chargeback data, etc.) is strongly preferred • Ability to clearly communicate analytical results to a non-technical audience • Experience distilling data trends using dashboards and PowerPoint slides • Proficiency in SQL and/or R, PowerPoint, Excel • Experience managing people • Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship
