📋 Description

• Independently develop and own analyses from start to finish, including writing code, validating results, generating and formatting Excel reports and PowerPoint slides, and presenting findings. • Develop and maintain databases and other data resources, including SQL tables and schemas, Excel spreadsheets, and other files. • Partner with Strategy team leads to design creative, data-informed technology solutions. • Conduct analytics to inform product design, create diagrams and flowcharts, and develop engineering requirements documents. • Apply software tools, programming languages, and analytical methods to develop effective solutions. • Develop analyses and financial models using transactional and/or financial data. • Perform data quality checks, develop test plans, identify anomalies, and ensure data integrity through audits. • Support all aspects of small to medium-sized clients and discrete segments of larger projects. • Prepare reports and presentations communicating insights, findings, and recommendations. • Audit analytic outputs for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. • Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of data analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, business, finance, accounting, or healthcare policy or administration. • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, including experience leveraging Python, R, SQL, or similar tools to analyze and interpret data. • Strong technical skills, including the motivation or ability to independently execute complex data analytics in Python and SQL. • An interest in growing Python and SQL skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail. • Desire to work within a team environment. • Ability to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
