📋 Description

• Support an assigned senior leader in executing strategic priorities for the business/group • Gather and integrate information to promote effective and profitable business/group operations • Interpret financial and business results and analyze operating environment and emerging trends • Provide planning, support, and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness • Track achievement of objectives • Support effective management of operational and compliance risk and attestation/reporting processes • Provide strategic counsel on community/industry events and coordinate event logistics • Support development of communications for senior leaders and leadership teams • Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs • Advise business/groups on solution implementation • Support operational program planning and implementation • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Independently review, analyze, and resolve strategic issues • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Build change management plans and lead or participate in change activities • Define communication plans, develop tailored messaging, and identify distribution channels • Build stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment • Manage service/customer complaint escalations and follow up to optimize customer experience • Plan and control operating expenses within budget • Coordinate budgets and report actual results versus budget • Use systems to manage information • Integrate information from multiple sources to improve processes, analysis, and reporting • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and approved Risk Appetite while adhering to policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills
