• Foster connections between BrightQuest Treatment Center and the local community • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, primary care physicians, social service agencies, and mental health providers • Brainstorm and execute potential community partnerships and engagement methods • Maintain a calendar for outreach events • Collaborate with community partners to plan and execute outreach events • Attend community events, conferences, and workshops to increase visibility and network with referral sources • Conduct presentations and workshops about mental health and treatment-center services • Collaborate with local organizations to identify and address community mental-health needs • Maintain the referent database in Salesforce, keeping contact information current and recording activity daily • Maintain activity levels for weekly meetings, facility tours, referrals, and admissions • Collaborate with Admissions to obtain requested treatment records for incoming clients • Provide treatment records with appropriate authorization and transmit records to continuing-care providers, referents, and feedback professionals • Prepare and distribute treatment records in compliance with HIPAA Privacy Law • Collaborate with clinical and Professional Relations teams throughout client treatment to identify aftercare resources, incorporate referent preferences, and resolve discharge needs • Conduct face-to-face meetings and host breakfasts, lunches, dinners, networking events, and site visits • Participate consistently in industry networking events and virtual meetings • Sustain current referent relationships and develop new business referent relationships • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, psychology, social services or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2-3 years in a business development, marketing, or admissions role in behavioral health or a closely related field • Specific, required, current, and active licensure, registration, or certification must be maintained in good standing • Knowledge of records keeping, documenting, and filing • Sound understanding of mental illness, co-occurring disorders, milieu therapy, mental health, and levels of care based on individual’s needs • Working understanding of private pay and Out-of-Network providers, along with criteria for each level of care • Ability to relate well to people inside and outside the organization and use diplomacy and tact to diffuse high-tension situations • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate verbally and in writing, with effective and dynamic presentation skills • Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software programs • Valid driver’s license in good standing and auto insurance • Successful completion of comprehensive background check, including criminal record clearance • Successful completion of MVR screen and drug screen • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment • Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends and adapt schedule as needed
