📋 Description
• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Maintain an independent caseload and treatment approach under a full license • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Create effective, personalized treatment plans • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals • Use electronic health record systems and digital tools • Deliver confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office
🎯 Requirements
• Valid, active LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in Maryland • Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
