📋 Description
• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population • Deliver clinical care while Third Space Therapy handles billing, insurance, and credentialing • Choose referrals and build a caseload based on personal availability • Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Create effective, personalized treatment plans • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals • Provide confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office
🎯 Requirements
• Valid LMSW license in good standing in Missouri • Master’s degree in Social Work • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience • Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions • Fluency in English • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Current location in Missouri
