📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with information about our services • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner • Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with our team to ensure timely service delivery • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department • Keep up-to-date with our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers • Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling and customer satisfaction metrics

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Flexible schedule to accommodate peak call times • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote work
