📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap to transform the Tax & Accounting content organization through AI and automation • Identify and prioritize opportunities across content acquisition, interpretation, authoring, validation, maintenance, and product integration workflows • Establish success metrics and business cases demonstrating operational and customer impact • Partner with Product Content leaders, tax analysts, and domain experts to identify workflow pain points and transformation opportunities • Design future-state workflows combining AI capabilities with human expertise • Help evolve roles toward prompt development, exception management, quality evaluation, and expert decision-making • Work with Engineering, Data Science, TR Labs, and business stakeholders to prototype and deliver AI-enabled capabilities • Evaluate technologies and development options and advocate for investment • Design and implement human-in-the-loop processes balancing automation, quality, compliance, and trust • Apply Generative AI, agentic workflows, machine learning, workflow automation, and orchestration platforms to content challenges • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Product, Content, Operations, Technology, and Compliance • Build stakeholder alignment around future-state processes, tools, and operating models • Champion adoption of new workflows and ways of working • Establish metrics for efficiency gains, quality improvements, cost savings, and business impact • Optimize and expand AI-enabled workflows using data and experimentation • Stay current on AI, automation, knowledge management, and digital transformation trends • Shape Thomson Reuters' strategy for applying AI to content-intensive domains • Influence leaders and teams through vision, expertise, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record leading large-scale business, operational, or workflow transformation initiatives • Practical experience designing AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, or human-in-the-loop systems • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies applied to knowledge-intensive work • Ability to understand external customer and internal user needs • Experience testing solutions, analyzing workflows, working directly with users, and iterating toward outcomes • Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups • Ability to communicate with executives, technical teams, domain experts, and operational leaders • 8+ years of Product Management, Business Transformation, Process Transformation, or related leadership experience • Experience leading complex AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives • Success redesigning business processes and operating models through technology innovation • Strong understanding of Generative AI, agentic AI, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop design patterns • Experience building or delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or internal tooling solutions • Ability to analyze complex operational workflows and identify automation and optimization opportunities • Experience with highly regulated, content-intensive, or knowledge-driven domains • Tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, or other professional information experience strongly preferred • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change within matrixed environments • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
