📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations across the full project life cycle • Lead client workshops to gather requirements, review processes, and define solution designs • Implement Sales & Use Tax Compliance, Certificate Manager, and VAT Compliance solutions • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams • Manage project issues, risks, and status updates while partnering with internal and client stakeholders • Support presales and solution discussions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client-facing software implementation or technology consulting • Knowledge of indirect tax processes, including Sales & Use Tax, exemption certificates, and VAT compliance • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment • Experience with ONESOURCE or similar tax technology platforms preferred • AI-forward mindset with the ability to evaluate, adopt, and apply emerging technologies and automation capabilities
