📋 Description

• Conduct occupied and vacant property evaluations: Renewal, Annual, Semi-Annual, Move-In, Move-Out, Onboarding, and Smoke Detector checks • Visit vacant properties for walk-throughs, occupancy checks, and showing feedback • Address on-site issues (violations, break-ins, maintenance concerns) • Communicate with your team, complete weekly audits, and join team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property management, inspection, construction, or maintenance (preferred) • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently • Great communication and problem-solving skills with residents and teammates • Comfortable with technology (smartphone, computer, software systems) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • High School diploma or GED required • Ability to stand/sit for long periods, climb stairs, and lift to 25 lbs. • Reliable home internet connection to connect with company-provided equipment
