📋 Description

• Participate with the Thrive Account Management team in technical discussions and meetings with existing Thrive clients • Act as the technical and trusted advisor, identifying clients' business and technical needs and proposing solutions using appropriate Thrive products and services • Provide subject matter expertise on Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Networking, Desktop and Mobile Device Management, and IT Systems Management • Create technical documentation, diagrams, client-facing technical presentations, Statements of Work, and technical responses for RFP/RFIs • Participate in client-focused seminars, tradeshows, events, presentations, technology roadmap reviews, and training • Stay current on emerging technologies and products through certifications and vendor/industry training • Interface with internal teams to improve products and services • Provide ongoing product and technology training to the Account Management team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider in a Solutions Architect or comparable client-facing technical role • Previous experience in an IT Operations role is desirable • Technical knowledge of Microsoft / Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security platforms and technologies, server and desktop virtualization, storage, LAN and WAN networking, and data backup and replication technologies • Technical and/or Security Certifications such as CCNA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, or VTSP are a plus • Experience presenting complex technical topics to technical and business audiences • Outstanding demonstrated verbal and written communication • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
