📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations and support of the core ERP, currently ServiceNow, and related software • Collaborate with peers, senior management, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, implement, operationalize, and support digital platform capabilities • Manage a global technical team configuring and supporting the digital platform • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow resources • Ensure ServiceNow health and security through patching, upgrades, QA, change management, and continuous improvement • Lead initiatives enhancing platform functionality, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency • Manage development of a repeatable support playbook • Conduct performance reporting and proactive process-adherence reviews • Identify areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or closely related field • 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including implementation, development, and configuration • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Architect • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing global delivery teams and offshore resources for 24/7 service operations • Hiring and supervisory experience with ServiceNow talent • Strong experience translating business processes into ServiceNow workflow design • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Workspace, CMDB, and Domain Separation • Strong experience integrating other systems into ServiceNow • Knowledge of scalable workflow design and asset management optimization • Experience integrating ServiceNow with ITSM tools and enterprise applications • Ability to write Glide scripting and JavaScript • Ability to read and interpret developers’ code • Experience implementing governance models, operational playbooks, and continuous improvement frameworks • Experience managing platform upgrades, module deployments, and custom development initiatives
