📋 Description

• Provide direct technical support to sales executives and support complex sales opportunities with customers • Validate sales orders and enhance service and product descriptions • Interface with operations and engineering teams regarding new service capabilities • Participate in customer meetings and lead technical discussions, presenting Thrive solutions up to CIO level • Advise prospects and customers on business and technical challenges • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer focus areas and concerns • Create solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications • Review sales pipelines with sales representatives and managers to prioritize focus areas • Participate in seminars, tradeshows, events, presentations, technology roadmap reviews, and training • Stay current on emerging technologies and products through certifications and industry events • Provide product technical training to Thrive’s direct sales organization and channel partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Experience working at a Managed/Cloud Service Provider in a Solutions Architect or comparable role • Experience collaborating with clients and working alongside sales teams • 8+ years’ experience designing and implementing broad infrastructure solutions • Experience with cyber security • Experience with VMware/Hyper-V • Experience with Windows/Linux • Experience with Office 365/Microsoft Exchange • Experience with hybrid cloud services, including Private, Azure, AWS, and Google • Experience with networking • Experience with firewalls • Experience with relational databases • Experience with disaster recovery • Experience with AI • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to articulate technical information to a broad audience
