📋 Description

• Answer incoming member, field, and other phone calls • Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions • Analyze and process non-routine and complex new business and service transactions, including “not in good order” items • Make outbound calls as required • Perform service-related activities quickly, accurately, cost-effectively, and in compliance with internal service and state and federal regulatory standards • Support development of policies, procedures, and quality assessments • Provide services as part of a brokerage operations functional team • Assist team members, manage workflow, flex to provide functional coverage, and collaborate with other service teams • Maintain understanding of brokerage operations products, services, affiliated systems, NFS and Thrivent systems, and applicable policies and procedures • Build and maintain professional working relationships with field professionals, the clearing firm, and internal business units • Analyze, approve, and provide timely service while achieving or exceeding service-level timeframes • Communicate accurate and timely account-status information to field professionals and clients • Achieve or exceed department quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school education • 1–2 years of related experience • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or Series 66, required or obtained within 90 days of hire • Strong written and communication skills • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools • Ability to work day and/or evening shifts according to volume forecasts
