📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in California • Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Use telehealth and EHR tools • Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in case consultations • Focus on client care while Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support

🎯 Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individual pursuing California Licensure as an LCSW in California • Approved by the board as an ACSW • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in California • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety • Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred) • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children • Ability to help clients achieve measurable progress • Confidence working with telehealth and EHR tools • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical community • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
