📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Texas • Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children • Help clients achieve measurable progress • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Participate in clinical supervision and monthly case consultations • Collaborate with a clinical community of licensed providers

🎯 Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Texas Licensure as an LCSW • Approved by the board as a LMSW • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Texas • Graduate of an approved 60-credit-hour program • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required • Graduate or post-graduate experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor preferred • Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Ability to work with telehealth and EHR tools • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
