📋 Description

• Serve as the financial partner to assigned business leaders and participate in operating reviews • Provide financial insight that informs business decisions • Build and maintain financial models, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts • Leverage artificial intelligence and automation to produce recurring financial reporting and identify emerging changes • Investigate variances to budget, forecast, and prior-year results to determine underlying business drivers • Recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities based on variance and performance findings • Interpret KPIs and subscription-based metrics, including annual recurring revenue, net revenue retention, churn, and gross margin • Deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling in response to emerging business questions • Prepare and present financial deliverables for business leaders and executive management • Translate analysis into actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required • 5+ years of related experience, required • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, required • Experience evaluating spend from a driver and return-on-investment perspective in one or more relevant disciplines, such as IT financial management (ITFM), technology business management (TBM), FinOps, marketing measurement and LTV:CAC analysis, workforce modeling, or unit economics, required • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools, required • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise planning and ERP systems, required • Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles, including generally accepted accounting principles • Advanced analytical and data modeling skills, including applying artificial intelligence tools to accelerate financial modeling, forecasting, and root cause analysis • Ability to validate AI output before it reaches a business or executive audience • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed • Master's degree, 9+ years of related experience, B2B SaaS experience, Claude AI workflows, Domo or similar BI platforms, AI agents, and SQL are preferred or strongly preferred
