📋 Description

• Build the Lifecycle measurement framework. • Build relationships with cross-functional teams. • Synthesize evidence across data sources to produce insights. • Serve as the tech lead for the Lifecycle. • Continue to evolve workflow automation and self-serve.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or another STEM field. • 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. • Trusted advisor to senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams. • Proven track record of independently leading long-term, ambiguous analytical initiatives. • Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical methods. • Experience building data products. • Strong business acumen making crisp prioritization recommendations.
