📋 Description

• Respond to patient messages and phone calls in a timely, clear, and empathetic way • Triage patient needs and escalate urgent or complex clinical concerns using Tia protocols • Support provider inboxes, clinical tasks, medication refills, and care follow-up • Communicate lab and imaging results to patients using established workflows • Help patients understand next steps in their care and connect them to the right team member when needed • Partner with providers, RNs, and care team members to support a high-quality patient experience • Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred • Active Registered Nurse license in California, or ability to obtain California licensure prior to start date • 1+ year of healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing experience • Experience using EMR systems, clinical messaging tools, and Google Workspace • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients • Ability to manage multiple patient messages and tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented • Comfort working in a fast-paced, virtual care environment • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling confidential patient information • RN licensure in New York and/or Arizona is nice to have • Telehealth, primary care, women’s health, or ambulatory care experience is nice to have • Experience with medication refills, lab results, imaging follow-up, or clinical triage is nice to have
