📋 Description

• Support month-end close activities across multiple Ticketmaster business lines • Prepare and record month-end journal entries • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly • Investigate and resolve reconciling items with internal stakeholders • Maintain schedules supporting ticketing revenue deferral and accurate revenue recognition • Prepare reports and journal entries related to ticket sales and revenue recognition • Maintain amortization and accrual schedules • Prepare accruals for fulfillment-related activities • Support quarterly and annual internal and external SOX, financial, and sales tax audits • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and schedules for internal management reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and ensure data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Excel skills • Detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement • Experience preparing and recording month-end journal entries • Experience reconciling general ledger accounts • Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial accuracy • Experience with ticketing revenue deferral and revenue recognition • Experience maintaining amortization and accrual schedules • Experience preparing accruals for fulfillment-related activities • Ability to support internal and external audits, including SOX, financial, and sales tax audits • Ability to prepare ad hoc financial analyses and schedules • Permanent, full-time availability for 40 hours per week • Work From Home - California location
