📋 Description

• Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to achieve growth targets • Understand customer business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies • Develop relationships with plant and facility executives and other key stakeholders • Provide on-site and virtual technical support • Identify, resolve, and escalate customer challenges as needed • Support repairs and maintenance for chemistry and equipment programs • Conduct system analyses, interpret data, and provide written recommendations • Train customers on Cesco products • Verify proper application equipment functionality • Troubleshoot operational issues • Promote and support Cesco innovations and technology within assigned accounts • Travel throughout the Eastern region as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry and pulp and paper, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales • Technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including experience in food and beverage, pulp and paper, or closely related industries • Willingness to travel throughout the region 50%+ • Open to applicants in Eastern USA • Clean driving record • Valid driver's license • Local state driver's license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire • Background check required • Preferred: 5–10 years of experience selling chemical solutions • Preferred: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field • Ability to provide customer support and technical assistance • Ability to conduct system analyses, interpret data, and provide written recommendations • Ability to train customers on products and troubleshoot operational issues
