📋 Description

• Lead technical planning, architecture alignment, execution, and launch for customer-facing loyalty and quantity-based pricing/promotion capabilities • Program manage technical features for volume discounts, Buy X Get Y logic, tiered quantity rules, and cart-level promotional bundling • Drive integration and performance of points generation, rewards ledgers, tier transitions, personalized offers, and checkout redemption • Map dependencies across Customer Accounts, Checkout/Cart Services, Pricing & Promotion Engines, CRM, and POS/Store systems • Partner with Principal Engineers and Enterprise Architects on scalability for high-concurrency peak events • Oversee technical deliverables for microservices and APIs supporting customer-facing interfaces and backend ledgers • Translate business requirements into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Product Managers • Identify technical bottlenecks, schedule risks, and integration blockers; establish mitigation plans • Establish operational KPIs and track post-launch system stability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Technical Product Manager, or Engineering Lead in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Tech • Technical understanding of Loyalty/Rewards ecosystems, including points ledgers, member tiers, and dynamic perks • Technical understanding of Promotions/Cart Engines, including Buy Quantity, bulk pricing, and rules-based discounts • Familiarity with microservices architecture • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with RESTful APIs • Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka • Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Roadmunk • Exceptional ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical business partners and articulate business value to engineers
