📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the Snowflake Cortex RAG pipeline, aligned with Enterprise TPRM Standards • Act as the primary technical liaison to client business owners, AI leads, and InfoSec SMEs • Lead UAT sessions with InfoSec SMEs and convert feedback into prioritized technical backlog items • Prepare the Model Development Documentation packet and drive AIEC-2 clearance before production deployment • Direct daily agile standups and sprint planning for the three-person offshore pod • Ensure milestone delivery within the SOW budget

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production Python development experience • Deep experience with Asyncio, FastAPI, design patterns, and distributed systems • 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience building, deploying, and debugging autonomous multi-agent systems in production using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex • Proven ability to build structured generation pipelines using Pydantic, Instructor, or native function schemas • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, or enterprise AI databases such as Oracle 23ai • Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and regression evaluations for probabilistic, LLM-driven applications
