📋 Description

• Break down complex, ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches and propose innovative, technically sound solutions • Drive solution discovery with stakeholders by clarifying requirements, assessing analytical feasibility, and shaping technical roadmaps • Independently scope, lead, and deliver analytical workstreams with minimal guidance • Ensure timely, high-quality analytical outputs • Deliver insights for revenue growth, customer patterns, and operational efficiencies • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders and business leaders • Build, optimize, and deploy predictive and machine learning models • Lead analytics workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Apply financial and analytical judgment to identify opportunities and act decisively with incomplete information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (master's preferred) • 8+ years of functional experience, including a minimum of 5+ years of position-specific experience in data science or advanced analytics • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with GCP and BigQuery (Vertex AI a plus) • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Google Looker, Qlik, PowerBI, and Plotly Dash • Strong analytical and modeling skills using Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and related statistical/modeling libraries • Ability to challenge entrenched assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly in fast-changing environments • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills • Ability to build compelling executive-ready materials and communicate complex analytical insights to diverse audiences
