📋 Description

• Review API requests, logs, and code to troubleshoot partner integration issues • Support the Support team by resolving escalated technical tickets • Collaborate with Engineering to address bugs, update dependencies, or implement technical improvements outside the product roadmap • Develop or update technical documentation, developer tooling, and integration examples • Manage Zendesk administrative features and optimize ticket workflows • Join Sales calls to provide technical expertise and implementation guidance • Serve as a subject matter expert across integrations, APIs, and internal systems • Bridge Engineering, Support, and Sales by providing deep technical expertise • Resolve complex integration issues and enable internal teams to focus on high-priority initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States • Resident in a United States time zone • Comfortable with remote work • Must be flexible to work between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting • Ability to read, understand, and reason through code and technical documentation • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort handling technical escalations • Experience supporting or collaborating with customer support teams • Clear communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment • Visa sponsorship is not provided • Experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or integration-focused role is a plus • Familiarity with Zendesk administration or similar ticketing systems is a plus • Experience supporting sales or pre-sales technical discussions is a plus • Background working in fintech, payments, APIs, or developer-first platforms is a plus • Comfort resolving bugs, updating dependencies, or contributing small features outside a formal roadmap is a plus
