📋 Description
• Make outbound calls to eligible patients. • Educate patients on the benefits of our CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs. • Complete eligibility assessments and patient enrollments. • Accurately document patient interactions. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals. • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with patients. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
