• Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform • Identify client needs, collaborate on treatment goals, and develop treatment plans • Guide students to other appropriate TimelyCare services, including Medical and Psychiatry • Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality standards and code of ethics • Establish and develop treatment goals with students/clients and document accordingly • Use active listening and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress care • Submit punctual documentation in the TimelyCare EHR/platform • Adapt to changing population needs • Remain calm during potentially high-stress scenarios • Respond with empathy and professionalism and meet clients where they are • Model respectful conduct with students, peers, and support staff
• Must be clinically licensed in New Mexico • Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Associate therapists are not applicable for this position at this time • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Active State License in NM; additional state licensures a plus • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment • Experience using evidence-based modalities including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Valid U.S. work authorization required • Sponsorship is not available
• Malpractice insurance is provided • Partial compensation for late cancellations and no shows • APA and ASWB sponsored CE opportunities • Candidate Referral Program • Remote care from home or professional office space • Flexible hours and ability for independent contracted therapists to set their own schedule Monday–Sunday • No reimbursement, billing codes, or insurance credentialing required • Students can utilize services without insurance or costly co-pays • Professional boundaries: clients do not have access to the therapist's phone number or email
