📋 Description

• Provide therapy and therapeutic counseling services to students using the TimelyCare virtual care platform • Identify client needs, collaborate on treatment goals, and develop treatment plans • Guide students to other appropriate TimelyCare services when necessary, including Medical and Psychiatry • Document concurrently using TimelyCare’s electronic health record • Submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality standards and the code of ethics • Establish treatment goals, boundaries, rapport, and progress student/client care • Respond to clients with empathy and professionalism while remaining calm during high-stress scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Must be clinically licensed in New Mexico • Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Associate therapists are not applicable for this position at this time • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Active State License in NM; additional state licensures a plus • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, community mental health, crisis triage, or college counseling • Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship is not available • Ability to use evidence-based modalities including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Ability to submit HIPAA-compliant documentation in an electronic health record
