📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to primarily young adult students • Identify client needs, collaborate on treatment plans, and guide clients to other TimelyCare services when appropriate • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation through TimelyCare’s electronic health record • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session • Communicate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to support care continuation • Adhere to documentation quality standards and codes of ethics • Establish treatment goals with students/clients and document accordingly • Use active listening and evidence-based modalities to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress care • Submit punctual documentation in the TimelyCare platform • Provide remote therapy through TimelyCare’s virtual care platform for higher-education students

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active State License in NM • Valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not offered • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning • Background providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, community mental health, crisis triage, or college counseling • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) • Ability to use evidence-based modalities, including SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT • Ability to remain calm during high-stress scenarios • Ability to respond with empathy and professionalism • Ability to adapt to changing population needs • Ability to model respectful conduct with students, peers, and support staff
