• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic markets • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful customer engagement • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and products • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and strategic plans for executive leadership • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets and margin expectations • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, features, and competitive advantages • Foster long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus) • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related sectors • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 30–50% as needed (domestic and international) • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and market research tools • Preferred Experience: Background in aerial lifts, utility vehicles, or heavy machinery sales • Experience working with municipalities, utilities, or telecom providers • Familiarity with government contracts is a plus.
