📋 Description

• Track product data volume, gaps, anomalies, and emerging issues • Maintain accurate source-of-truth documentation and reconcile records with agreed decisions • Maintain internal and customer-facing changelogs after releases • Intake, reproduce, clarify, and follow up on bug reports and UI feedback from operations • QA engineering work against acceptance criteria before release • Maintain ticket hygiene, project statuses, and board accuracy • Surface stale or blocked work to the Staff Product Manager • Investigate logs, dashboards, and observability tooling such as Datadog • Report to the Staff Product Manager and collaborate with engineers, operations, data, and partner-facing teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Evidence of having worked somewhere with real stakes and standards, such as a substantive internship, first job with ownership, support, QA, ops, coordination, or analytics experience • Curiosity and ability to investigate discrepancies while escalating appropriately • Ability to understand workflows end to end and identify edge cases • Ability to determine project requirements, stakeholders, and completion criteria • Creative problem-solving ability • Comfortable with technical systems, dashboards, specifications, and logs; coding or a technical degree not required • Precise, concise written communication and documentation habits • Reliability in a fully remote team • Ability to work in US time zones • Ability to travel as often as every 6–8 weeks for collaborative work opportunities • Prior PM experience, a degree, specific major, and technical background are not required
