📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies. • Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis. • Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. • Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and inspire the team towards achieving objectives. • Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing. • Introduce novel ideas and approaches to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. • Utilize robust analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data. • Extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing campaign performance. • Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates. • Implement best practices to maintain campaign relevance and effectiveness. • Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, optimization, and continual improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok. • Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and BeReal are a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. • Management experience preferred. • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions. • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
