📋 Description
• Provide executive-level administrative, operational, and project management support • Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure seamless day-to-day operations • Manage executive calendar, domestic and international travel, financial oversight, budget, event planning, participant hosting, and on-site execution • Support recruitment and hiring processes, personnel coordination, resource allocation across departments
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years relevant experience in operations and business management • Project management, managing budgets & expenditures or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office—including spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools and financial processing platforms
