📋 Description

• Oversee the daily delivery, implementation, and support of the University’s instructional media and web publishing tools. • Ensure that video and media services and academic web platforms are reliable, accessible, and effectively integrated into University teaching, learning, and research workflows. • Bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and frontline academic support. • Serve as the primary liaison between NYU IT and the third party vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields around education and/or media production • 5+ years experience in managing, designing, developing and delivering various kinds of effective educational technology and media services within budget and on schedule. • Experience working with vendors to deliver a technology service within NYU IT infrastructure. • Experience creating and managing workflow processes for educational technology and media projects. • Experience working on a variety of projects simultaneously. • Proven experience in implementing and managing ITIL-based processes and frameworks. • Experience with the application of ITIL lifecycle best practices to change, incident, and problem management process development and service design.
