📋 Description

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospective in two-week sprints • Keep sprint backlogs, impediments, risks, and Agile metrics current in VA Jira • Coach the team and the VA Product Owner on SAFe 6.0 practices • Feed team objectives, capacity, and dependencies into PI Planning • Escalate risks and blockers to the Release Train Engineer and program leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach • Experience on a SAFe Agile Release Train • Jira administration of sprint boards and metrics • Bachelor's degree • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) required • Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust • Must be able to obtain a VA PIV credential • VA or federal health program experience desired • SAFe 6.0 practice desired • Experience coaching product owners on backlog refinement desired • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master is a plus
